To sign-up for the race, click here. The race fee is $35, and 100% of net proceeds go to the Canadian Olympic Foundation. Register before October 18th, 2015 and get your name printed on your bib.

training

We want you to post a great time. To help you do that we’ve put together some training resources. Sign-up to join us on weekly runs, Thursday nights at 6:30pm, starting at our performance store at Yonge/Dundas. This 10k training plan should give you a head start on posting an awesome time. This is a one-of-a-kind race. A 25-hour day, 1:00am, November 1st. Check out our cold weather gear, night gear, and other gear that’ll help you have a great race.

packet pick up

Your #runmore 10k packet can be picked up at the Adidas Performance Store at Yonge and Dundas at 10 Dundas Street West during operating hours in the three days leading up to the race :
  • Thursday, October 29th - 5:00pm-9:00pm
  • Friday, October 30th - 1:00pm-9:00pm
  • Saturday, October 31st - 10:00–6:00pm
There will be no pick-up at the race. Runners who want to use their extra hour to #runmore deserve the best – and that’s what we’re giving you. It’s a pretty awesome race packet if we say so ourselves.

baggage / gear check

Please arrive no later than 12:30am for a smooth check-in. You’ll be able to check your gear at the start line. Look for the tent that says Baggage/gear check. Your bib comes with a tag and a safety pin. Please store your gear in the bag you received and use the pin and tag to label it. For a seamless drop off, please attach the tag before you arrive, and show up early for a quicker drop off. Don’t forget your ID – there’ll be beer waiting for you at the finish line.

time limit

The time limit to complete the course is 1 hour 40 minutes. If you are still on the course after this time you will be asked to move to the side and become an informed pedestrian.

about the course

Please see the course map for water stations and other information. The race goes along Goodman Trail – flat and fast. Post your best time.

parking & transportation

Use the Google trip planner to find the best way to the race. Parking space will be available at the Exhibition grounds, but spaces are limited so carpool if possible. And remember, there’s beer at the finish line. Racing and drinking is okay. Racing and drinking and driving is not.

The top 3 male and 3 female finishers each get a $500 adidas gift card.

post-race party

After the race there’ll be a DJ, photo booth, a food truck, and drinks. Celebrate! You will have earned it.

medals

All finishers receive the first #runmore 10k medal. Don’t forget to take pictures and share it using the hashtag #runmore 10k and mention @adidascanada on instagram and @adidasca on twitter.
